Prototype Assisted Living

StrideArc collaborated with a home care provider to develop a scalable assisted living model, designed for flexibility in markets across the U.S. The model accommodates 8 to 16 beds, adaptable to various market needs. StrideArc conducted market and financial feasibility analysis, while Stride DevCo was engaged to provide site analysis and construction management.

Infill Duplex

"Stride DevCo worked with a client to acquire an outdated single-family home, carefully assessed the property’s potential, and executed a full redevelopment plan. The existing structure was demolished, and a modern duplex was constructed in its place. This project not only maximized the land’s value but also enhanced the neighborhood’s housing options.

55+ Active Adult

"Stride DevCo successfully entitled a 132-unit active adult apartment project in the greater Kansas City area. This development involved securing all necessary approvals and zoning changes to bring the project to life, ensuring it aligned with local regulations and community needs. The project was designed to provide high-quality, age-restricted housing with modern amenities, catering to the growing demand for active adult living in the region."

Retail Strip Center

"Stride DevCo completed the acquisition and repositioning of a 16,000 square foot retail center. This project involved identifying underutilized assets, enhancing the property’s appeal through strategic upgrades, and realigning tenant mix to better suit market demand. The repositioning efforts not only increased occupancy and rental income but also significantly improved the center’s overall value and long-term viability."

Townhome Development

"Led the development and construction of 120 townhome units on a project left partially built after the previous developer went out of business. Took over the remaining work, addressing challenges and ensuring a seamless continuation of the original vision. Delivered high-quality townhomes, restoring stakeholder confidence and completing the project successfully."

Apartment Development

"Collaborated with the design team and engaged a third-party General Contractor to develop 36 Class A apartment units, originally planned as condominiums. Midway through construction, market conditions prompted a strategic shift to convert the project into rental units. Worked closely with the GC throughout the transition, ensuring the project remained on schedule, within budget, and was completed to the highest quality standards."

Townhome Development

"Worked with ownership to reposition a defunct condominium project into a successful development of 96 townhomes. This included evaluating the existing site, collaborating on a new design to meet market demand, and managing the full development and construction process, ultimately delivering a highly marketable and profitable residential community."

Mixed Residential Development

"Led the development of 100 townhome, single-family, and duplex units following the successful completion of an environmental cleanup on the site. This involved coordinating remediation efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the full development process from site preparation through construction, resulting in a vibrant residential community."
