Prototype Assisted Living
StrideArc collaborated with a home care provider to develop a scalable assisted living model, designed for flexibility in markets across the U.S. The model accommodates 8 to 16 beds, adaptable to various market needs. StrideArc conducted market and financial feasibility analysis, while Stride DevCo was engaged to provide site analysis and construction management.
Infill Duplex
"Stride DevCo worked with a client to acquire an outdated single-family home, carefully assessed the property’s potential, and executed a full redevelopment plan.
